Shipping policy

 

Welcome to Disco and Fluff! We want to get your sparkly new outfits to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping rates, delivery times, and how we handle your orders.

1. Order Processing Times

  • Ready-to-Wear Stock: Orders for items currently in stock are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

  • Made-to-Order / Custom Items: If an item is a Custom or Made-to-order , please allow 7–14 business days for production before dispatch. This will always be clearly stated on the product page.

2. UK Shipping Rates & Options

We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail to ensure reliable tracking.

Standard Shipping: £5.00 

  • Delivery Time: 2–3 business days from dispatch.

Express Shipping (Tracked 24): £6.00

  • Delivery Time: 1 business day from dispatch.

3. International Shipping

We currently are not able to ship outside of the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience.

4. How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been lovingly packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel's journey.

If you have a Shopify customer account with us, you can also view your tracking details by logging into your account profile.

5. Address Changes & Lost Parcels

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee address changes can be made after the order is placed. Disco and Fluff is not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • Delayed or Missing Parcels: Occasionally, couriers experience delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days of your dispatch email, please check your tracking link or reach out to us at info@discoandfluff.com so we can investigate.
